Terms of Service
Using Lobbly
These Terms govern access to and use of Lobbly, a real-time collaborative workspace published by CODE BARRES - BARCODE. By creating an account, joining a workspace or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Lobbly provides online workspaces with presence, rooms, audio, video, screen sharing, messages, calendars, file storage, avatar customization, workspace administration and related collaboration features. The service may evolve over time.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during signup and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, managing access, configuring rooms and supervising use of their workspace.
Guest access is not billed and is granted for a fixed period of 30 days from the creation of the invitation. This duration cannot be extended or changed; a new invitation is required for later access.
Free trial and subscriptions
Lobbly offers a 30-day trial without requiring a payment card. The Pro plan is available monthly or annually. Prices, plan limits, payment terms and features are presented before purchase and may vary over time. When the trial ends, access may be suspended until a paid plan is activated; workspace data is not deleted solely because the trial has expired.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription according to the billing flow available in the product or through support. Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. CODE BARRES - BARCODE may review exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Lobbly for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or discriminatory activity.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam or violate the privacy or rights of others.
- Do not upload, share or transmit illegal, infringing, violent, hateful or sexually exploitative content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another workspace without authorization or disrupt the service.
- Do not abuse audio, video, screen sharing, invitations, notifications or messaging features.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Suspension and termination
CODE BARRES - BARCODE may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, including in case of abuse, security risk, payment failure or breach of these Terms.
Availability and changes
Lobbly is provided with reasonable care. CODE BARRES - BARCODE may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, performance or product quality.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODE BARRES - BARCODE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of data caused by external factors, or issues resulting from misuse of the service, third-party services or user equipment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. When mandatory consumer rules apply, they remain unaffected.
