Lobbly uses only the cookies and browser storage required to provide the service, secure accounts and remember user preferences. Lobbly does not use advertising cookies.

Essential authentication cookie

The authentication cookie is HTTP-only and used to keep you signed in securely. It is necessary for account access, workspace access and security, and is not used for advertising.

Local storage

Lobbly may store interface preferences in your browser, including theme, debug visibility, audio/video device preferences, dismissed onboarding cards and local workspace display settings.

Permissions

Microphone, camera, screen sharing and notifications are browser permissions. They are not cookies. You can manage them from your browser settings.

Audience measurement

Lobbly uses a self-hosted Matomo instance in a cookieless configuration to understand aggregate product usage and improve the service. This privacy-preserving measurement is enabled by default and you may object at any time below. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking or individual user profiling. URLs use a generic Lobbly host and never include workspace subdomains, query parameters, fragments, invitation codes or reset tokens.

Disabling audience measurement immediately stops the active tracker and stores your choice across Lobbly subdomains. You can enable it again from this page. Lobbly does not use marketing or advertising cookies.
